The 250 g Gayo is absurdly good. Ground it medium this morning — it just hits.

Questions,
answered.

When are the beans roasted?

We roast in small batches twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays. What we ship is that week's roast batch, with the date printed on the pack. Beans can arrive 3–5 days after the roast date.

Can you grind them for me?

Yes — just name the method when you order: V60 means fine, espresso means finest, French Press means medium-coarse. If you have your own grinder, we'd rather ship the beans whole so no aroma is lost on the way.

Single origin or blend — what's the difference?

A single origin comes from one region and has a character of its own. A blend is our mix of several origins, made to taste consistent and easy to drink. If you're just starting out, a blend is almost always the safer pick.

How long do the beans stay fresh?

Ideally use them within 4 weeks of the roast date. After 6 weeks the aroma has dropped off a lot and we don't recommend using them. If stock sits at home, order smaller but more often.

Any products without sugar and preservatives?

Everything we sell is free of salt, sugar, and preservatives. What you taste is the bean and the water. Want it sweeter? Add palm sugar or milk at home when you brew.

Do you ship outside Java?

Yes. We ship via JNE and TIKI across Indonesia. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and on orders above Rp500,000 we cover it.

How does the subscription work?

The 500 g subscription ships at the start of every month, and the origin rotates so you don't get bored. You can pick a specific origin or let us choose. Cancelling is one chat away, free of charge.

Do you sell equipment too?

We do: V60, Hario filters, a hand grinder, French Press, and Aeropress. Starting out? One V60 set with a grinder and a timer is enough to begin.

What if the taste is off?

Tell us how you brew: the grind level, the water dose, and the brew time usually explain most problems. We'll help adjust the grind, or swap the origin if it's simply not a match.

Halal certificate and P-IRT licence?

All our products carry a P-IRT licence and a halal certificate from MUI. The numbers are printed on the pack, and we can send photos if you need them for your business.
